Ballie Who Fishing Charters

We require a credit card deposit for a reservation in the amount of $500. If the trip is canceled prior to 14 days of the departure date, a full refund will be provided. If the trip is canceled within 48 hours from the departure date you will be charged the full amount of the trip.

The captain has the expressed right to cancel a trip for any reason he deems necessary, including but not limited to weather, mechanical, crew or guest safety issues, and will not be held responsible for the cancellation. A full refund or trip credit towards another trip will be provided. Any unruly or highly intoxicated guest will be returned to the dock immediately and guest will be charged the full price of the trip.

All trips are conducted in the strictest compliance of Federal and State Fishing Regulations. We are Coast Guard Certified and licensed by all required authorities to fish the waters of the Atlantic. We are fully insured.
